Mine Simulator Fuses and Accessories

Many different types of fusing options are available for the Anti-personnel (AP) and Anti-vehicle (AV) mine simulators and Detonation Block (DB) simulators. Fuses and fuse adaptors can be designed according to the customer needs.

A mine simulator can be ‘detonated’ in several ways:

Clacker (AP, AV, DB) ‘Detonates’ on electrical actuation by a clacker

External fuse (AP, AV) ‘Detonates’ by external foot or vehicle pressure on it.

  • Pressure sensor plate
  • Various fuses (some may require an adaptor to match the thread on the simulator)
  • Tilt rod, which can be extended by connecting an ecological friendly, biodegradable stick to the tilt rod

Sympathetic detonation (AP, AV) 'Detonates’ if a near-by mine simulator ‘detonates’.

Anti Lift (AP, AV) ‘Detonated’ by internal vibration & shock sensors.

Time Bomb (AP, AV) ‘Detonates’ after a pre-defined time.

Magnetic (AV) ‘Detonated’ by internal magnetic sensor when it detects a large moving vehicle.

Push button (DB) When the detonation block push-button is pressed, the detonation block ‘detonates’ after a pre-defined time delay, giving the operator time to get clear.
