Field Laser Locator (FLL)

The Laser Locator is primarily a device for confirming the accuracy of the Transmitter under field conditions. It consists of a laser detector, a battery housing, and an LED light and buzzer, which gets activated when the detector is hit by the laser beam.

Transmitters fitted to the weapon are aimed at the laser locator and fired. Transmitter laser tube alignment knobs are manually rotated until the laser beam is zeroed to the laser locator target.
